Log In

Please enter your username and password.

Instructions

  1. Type your Username and Password and click the Log In button

  2. Choose your 2nd factor delivery method by clicking one of the buttons: Call MeEnter a Passcode or Send Me a Push. NOTE: If you had Duo Mobile enabled on a previous phone and no longer have access to that phone you’ll need to choose Call Me or Enter a Passcode.

  3. Make whatever changes to your account are needed via the Device Options buttons, i.e. Reactivate Duo Mobile on an existing phone, change name, change default device, etc.

  4. When finished click the Close button.

  5. At this point you can close the browser window or test your changes by going back through the process again.
